We, Triniti Home Pty Ltd (we, our, us), declare that the current Terms and Conditions apply to any usage of the Trinova mobile application and services offered by Triniti Home Care Pty Ltd. By utilizing the App or any of our services, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, the App and our services will not be available to you.

1.Use of the Trinova Mobile App

1.1 Eligibility

To access the Trinova App, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian's consent.
• Be an authorised representative, employee, or contractor of Triniti Home Pty Ltd or related entities.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license is granted to you to use the Trinova App according to these Terms and Conditions.

• Make any unlawful or unauthorised use of the App.
• An attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorised access to the App.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts its functionality or compromises its security.

2. Services Provided by Triniti Home Care Pty Ltd

2.1 Scope of Services

We provide a range of home care services, including, but not limited to:

• Personal care and support.
• Health and wellness assistance.
• Task management and coordination.

2.2 Service Agreements

Individual terms and conditions applying to services shall be detailed in a standalone service agreement between you (or your representative) and Triniti Home Care Pty Ltd.

4. Intellectual Property

Triniti Home Pty Ltd or its licensors reserve all intellectual property rights in the Trinova App, including, without limitation, any software, design artwork, logos, and content therein.

You shall under no circumstances whatsoever copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our prior written authorisation.

Whenever you use the App or our services, you agree to furnish correct and current information.

5.2 Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations in your usage of the App or our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triniti Home Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate will not be responsible for:,

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or our services.
• Any loss or damage caused by unauthorised access to or use of your account or information.

7. Indemnification

You indemnify and hold harmless Triniti Home Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of:

• Your use of the App or our services.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Termination

Trinova App or our services may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Misuse of the App or our services.

9. Alteration of Terms and Conditions

From time to time, the company may modify these Terms and Conditions because of changing its practice or observing a legal provision that applies. Such modification is in force as and from the date of its posting. Further utilisation of the application or the services from that point onward would mean acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

We are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that may arise out of these terms will be referred to the courts of New South Wales.
