Supported Independent Living (SIL)

A supported independent living program (SIL) provides tailored support in your home while you gain and foster independence. Triniti Home Care's SIL offers stable and safe shared housing options with flexible support available around the clock based on your specific requirements.

Independent living gives you the freedom to make your own decisions. Choose your living situation, whether it's with compatible roommates or flying solo. It's all about designing your life.

You get to decide what matters to you, from mastering new recipes to crushing your budget or keeping a tidy space. Independent living is all about taking charge and reaching your goals! At Triniti Home Care, we provide this service in either a shared group-home setting or as a convenient drop-in service at your residence throughout Sydney. Our properties are strategically located near local amenities and services, staffed by experienced professionals capable of supporting individuals with complex needs or those who prefer an independent living arrangement.

Our SIL Accommodation includes:

Personal care, household assistance, and medical support if required are provided in our SIL Accommodation.
We offer skill and capacity-building activities along with necessary support workers during your stay.
Clinical support, including medication administration and management of specialised conditions, is available.
Some NDIS participant in SIL Accommodation may qualify for a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) package covering accommodation costs.
Please note, that our accommodation does not cover board and lodging, daily living expenses like food and activities, or capital costs associated with accommodation.
